Your holiday, your time to yourself. In our wellness area, you can look forward to relaxation for both body and mind. Treat yourself to a special beauty treatment, start the day with a few refreshing laps in the swimming pool, or round off an active day in our sauna. Here, you’ll find everything you need to feel good.

We’re happy to lend you bathrobes for a fee of €6. Bath towels and sauna towels are available from reception.

Handy to know: Guests not staying in the main building can use their chip card to gain direct access from outside to a changing area with lockers.

Sauna and swimming pool

Treat yourself to a soothing break after a day on the slopes or a long hike through the Sauerland forests – in our wellness area, complete with a swimming pool, sauna and infrared cabin.

In the light-filled swimming pool, you can leisurely swim a few lengths and then relax on sun loungers or in a hanging basket in the adjoining garden. Ultimate relaxation is also on the agenda in our high-quality infrared cabin. In addition, our bio sauna, heated to 55 °C, invites you to rejuvenate both body and mind. Fancy working up a sweat? Then treat yourself to an ‘Aufguss’ in our traditional Old Finnish sauna, followed by some ‘me-time’ in our relaxation room with its cosy open-fire ambience.

Mixed-use sauna: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm

Please check in at reception half an hour before using the sauna.

Outside opening hours, you can hire the sauna privately for €30 per hour.

Does your back ache from your office job? Are your legs tired from a long hike? Hopi Ear Candling Treatment
Natural movements of the flame act like a gentle massage of the eardrum. The warmth stimulates blood flow and lymphatic circulation. Suitable for stress and nervousness, earaches and headaches, as well as the common cold and a runny nose.

Foot Reflexology Relaxation
Massage This is a pressure-based treatment in which pressure is applied to very specific areas of the foot. Occasionally, a modified version is also applied to the hands. The pressure stimulates acupressure points which can be found on a foot reflexology chart.

Treatments can be booked between 8 am and 8 pm. Are you interested? If so, please let us know your preferences either when booking or by email up to one week before your arrival. That way, we can reserve the perfect pampering experience for you.

Fancy treating yourself to some wellness on the spur of the moment? We’d be happy to let you know at reception which treatment slots are still available.

Cancellations

Treatments not cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment will be charged at 85 per cent of the treatment price; appointments not attended will be charged at 100 per cent.
